Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, adapt features to business requirements, manage releases, and ensure system stability, compatibility, and performance. Collaborate with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality.

What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements.
• Manage application releases and ensure the overall stability and performance of systems.
• Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain compatibility across different environments.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Perform as an SME and collaborate with and manage the team.
• Make team decisions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
• Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
• Experience with integration design patterns and best practices related to cloud-based application connectivity.
• Strong understanding of API management and development within integration platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to maintain system reliability.
• Familiarity with low-code development environments and their application in enterprise integration solutions.
• Knowledge of data transformation and mapping techniques to support seamless data flow between systems.
• 15 years full time education.
