Overview

Configure and support packaged or software-as-a-service applications, adapt features to business requirements, manage releases, and ensure system stability, compatibility, and performance. Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.

What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or software-as-a-service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements.
• Manage application releases and ensure the overall stability and performance of systems.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and maintain seamless operations.
• Act as an SME and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience configuring and customizing packaged or software-as-a-service applications.
• Strong knowledge of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms to develop and adapt solutions efficiently.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues.
• Competence in managing application release cycles and version control.
