Partner Solutions Architect (EMEA)

Overview

The Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) is a Datadog technical expert who supports partner-focused technical initiatives and acts as a trusted advisor for the Partner channel in EMEA.

What you'll do

• Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
• Participate in periodic joint business planning and review sessions with partner technical teams.
• Collaborate internally to support partner technical initiatives such as end-customer demos and proofs of value.
• Provide assessment, advice, and coaching on lead practices to improve partner outcomes.
• Advocate on partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams to drive resolution.
• Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to enhance value through adoption of Datadog capabilities.

What you'll need

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
• Ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Must be a current EU resident.
• Hands-on experience in two or more areas including observability tools, public cloud, containerization, dev/scripting, config management, or CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical roles supporting channel partners (e.g., systems integrators, managed services providers).
• Experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging.
