Partner Solutions Architect (EMEA)

Overview

Partner Solutions Architect supporting Datadog partners across technical initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation. The role serves as a trusted technical advisor and drives initiative outcomes with Datadog and partner teams.

What you'll do

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and review sessions.
• Support partner demonstrations, proofs of value, and enablement workshops.
• Advocate for partner technical concerns with internal Datadog teams.
• Analyze partner service offerings and recommend improved Datadog adoption.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical services teams on new capabilities.
• Curate and evolve platform adoption and success best practices.

What you'll need

• Hands-on IT development and/or operations experience.
• Technical grounding and a demonstrated track record of continuous learning.
• Business acumen and the ability to articulate technical value to varied audiences.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in at least two listed areas, including observability, public cloud, containers, development, configuration management, or CI/CD.
• Current EU residency.

Nice to have

• Technical experience supporting channel partners such as systems integrators or managed services providers.
• Experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging.
