Patient Reimbursement Coordinator - India

Overview

Coordinate patient travel logistics and reimbursement services for participants in assigned clinical trial projects. Serve as a primary contact for patients, caregivers, and clinical sites while ensuring timely, policy-compliant support.

What you'll do

• Manage patient travel arrangements or reimbursement processing for clinical trials.
• Set up project mailboxes, portal access, SharePoint folders, and study documentation.
• Review patient enrolment information and approve access to designated digital platforms.
• Respond to patient requests through apps, email, and phone.
• Book flights, trains, accommodation, and ground transportation.
• Review, approve, reject, or escalate reimbursement and stipend submissions.
• Maintain patient records, service logs, payment tracking, and monthly reporting data.

What you'll need

• Ability to follow study-specific travel and reimbursement policies.
• Ability to communicate with patients, caregivers, and clinical sites.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation in real time.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection requirements.
• Ability to work according to Good Clinical Practice and company SOPs.
