Payroll Accountant

Overview

Payroll Accountant role supporting global payroll accounting across APJ, EMEA, North American, and Latin American regions.

What you'll do

• Execute and manage complex monthly close activities for payroll accounting.
• Prepare account fluctuation analysis and explain monthly and quarterly activity.
• Reconcile payroll GL accounts, including the payroll funding cash clearing account.
• Perform clearing for open item managed accounts and follow tax stock vesting clearing processes.
• Monitor interface activity between payroll and accounting systems and assist with manual interface corrections.
• Prepare recurring and one-time journal entries and maintain a monthly global close tracker and reports.

What you'll need

• Have CA (India), CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Bring 8+ years of relevant accounting experience (payroll accounting preferred).
• Have experience with SAP HANA and BW and/or S4 HANA and BW (S4 HANA and BW are a plus).
• Demonstrate MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Show strong technical knowledge of payroll accounting processes and compliance across North America and Latin America.
• Have strong attention to detail and ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
