Payroll Analyst

Overview

The Payroll Analyst provides operational support for APAC payroll processing, focusing on data accuracy, timely execution, and compliance. This entry-level role reports to a Payroll Manager.

What you'll do

• Maintain employee payroll data for hires, terminations, and changes.
• Validate timekeeping records for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs across multiple countries.
• Prepare off-cycle payments and payroll adjustments.
• Respond to basic payroll inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation for complex pay groups.
• Participate in payroll system testing and rollouts.

What you'll need

• Associate degree or at least 3 years of related payroll experience.
• At least 3 years of payroll processing experience for an APAC country.
• Understanding of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting.
• Written and spoken English proficiency.
• Experience processing high-volume transactions accurately.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar payroll platforms.
• Additional APAC region language skills.
