Payroll Specialist

Overview

Deliver day-to-day People Services and HR operations, including payroll support, employee administration, records, reporting, compliance, and employee services. Work independently within established processes to resolve operational matters and support employee lifecycle activities.

What you'll do

• Manage daily People Services and HR administration activities.
• Support payroll, full and final settlement, employee records, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Respond to employment-related queries and HR process questions.
• Maintain employee data and prepare HR and statistical reports.
• Support rewards programs and established HR initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement and workflow automation.
• Resolve operational queries with HR, employees, managers, payroll, and other stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR Operations, People Services, Payroll, Employee Administration, or a related area.
• Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
