Overview

People Partner, Specialist I role focused on supporting HR operations and ensuring accurate HR process execution and HRIS data.

What you'll do

• Process HR transactions in Workday including hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and salary changes.
• Maintain HRIS data consistency by verifying employee records are accurate and updated.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other collaborators to support HR initiatives and projects.
• Assist employees with Workday-related queries and mentor on HR processes and policies.
• Develop reports and review HR data to support decision-making and optimize processes.
• Stay current with Workday updates and guidelines, including participation in relevant training.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills with HR Business Partners and other collaborators.
• Strong problem-solving skills for HR-related employee questions.
• Ability to produce and evaluate HR reports to assist decision-making.
• Dedication to staying updated with Workday guidelines and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
