Performance Analytics Manager

Overview

Own the systems, processes and frameworks that drive company-wide performance. Lead OKR cycles, improve performance management, analyze organizational data and support stronger execution and accountability.

What you'll do

• Improve the company’s performance management framework.
• Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking and quarterly reviews.
• Design scalable people processes and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Analyze people, performance and operational data.
• Build dashboards and reports on organizational performance.
• Develop frameworks for reviews, calibration, promotions and career development.
• Partner with leaders to improve team performance and execution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs or organizational processes.
• Ability to write business requirements and improve operational workflows.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
