Overview

Physical Design Engineer (Multiple levels) focused on planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, including digital/analog/RF/optical and test/packaging aspects.

What you'll do

• Plan, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems across multiple hardware areas.
• Integrate hardware features and functionality aligned with proposals or roadmaps.
• Run complex simulations and analyses, and implement designs for power/performance/area.
• Collaborate with design, verification, software, and systems teams to meet new requirements.
• Evaluate and develop manufacturing solutions and bring-up for leading-edge products.
• Write detailed technical documentation for hardware projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree (or Master's/PhD path) in CS, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience (Bachelor's track).
• 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience (Master's track).
• 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience (PhD track).
• Experience with circuit design (digital, analog, or RF) is required/considered in qualifications.
• 2+ years using schematic capture and circuit simulation software is listed in preferred qualifications.
