Planning Reporting Lead

Overview

Planning Reporting Lead focused on Materials Planning, Supply & Demand Planning, and SIOP to ensure the right materials are available at the right time while balancing demand, inventory, and production capacity.

What you'll do

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly ELT reports and executive presentations.
• Consolidate data from multiple business functions into dashboards and reports.
• Develop KPI scorecards and executive summaries of business performance.
• Coordinate strategic projects across business and IT teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Organize project review meetings and capture minutes and action logs.

What you'll need

• Around 10 years of experience in project management and reporting to executive leads.
• Executive communication skills.
• Project planning and coordination skills.
• Reporting and analytics skills.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Risk and issue management skills.
