Platform Engineer

Overview

Platform Engineer supporting administration, configuration, development, integrations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.

What you'll do

• Support, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, Mid-servers, and integrations.
• Configure, implement, troubleshoot, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Resolve platform incidents, bugs, defects, and user support issues.
• Develop reports for service-delivery SLAs and KPIs.
• Implement ServiceNow code for releases, upgrades, clones, and platform maintenance.
• Monitor platform health, usage, compliance, and end-user experience.
• Train junior team members on ServiceNow subject matter.

What you'll need

• 3–4 years of ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• 1–2+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer.
• Experience with ServiceNow applications, business rules, scripts, policies, jobs, and notifications.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, update sets, cloning, patching, and upgrades.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Accounts Payable Operations experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
