Power Platform Developer

Overview

Develop and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse, and related integrations. Serve as a technical subject matter expert across solution design, implementation, security, documentation, and support.

What you'll do

• Drive Power Platform implementations through discovery, definition, build, testing, and deployment.
• Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and data integration solutions.
• Automate business processes and develop low-code applications with data visualizations.
• Conduct demonstrations, end-user training, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Define implementation standards, technical requirements, test scripts, and design documentation.
• Resolve production support issues and collaborate with development, QA, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Stay current with Power Platform updates and roadmap features.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer, SharePoint Designer, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience designing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases.
• Core skills in C#, SQL, .NET, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Power BI semantic models, advanced DAX, administration, deployment pipelines, dataflows, security, and gateways.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Big Four or established consulting firm or Microsoft Gold partner.
• Experience with public sector clients.
• Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology.
• Business, Computer Science, or Engineering degree.

Details

• Remote in the United States; onsite client commuting may be required as needed.
• Travel required up to 25%.
• Annual salary: $113,000–$188,000 USD.
