Pre-Sales Technical Consultant

Overview

Solution Architect for the PS Services business, solving complex business challenges in the end-point services domain and designing optimal service solutions for enterprise and SME customers.

What you'll do

• Apply deep solution architecting (based on Personal Systems) for large deals and turnkey projects.
• Engage with customers to understand their business needs and pain points, and recommend services and solutions accordingly.
• Actively contribute to the services sales cycle, from identifying an opportunity to proposing a solution.
• Establish relationships with sales teams, customers and partners at senior level.
• Jointly drive product line and quota responsibility for a significant share of the services product range.
• May lead a subset of the team.
• May lead overall customer engagement with one or several sales teams.

What you'll need

• University or Bachelor's degree.
• Typically 8-12 years of professional experience.
• Experience combining marketing, sales and business planning is preferred.
• Consumer and/or commercial partner management expertise.
• Alternatively, end user account management experience.
• At least 5+ years of domain knowledge or experience with PC/WS/NB.
• Good communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or MBA.
• Working knowledge of server and client operating systems (Microsoft, Google, Open Source).
• Deep understanding of automation and digital solutions.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Full-time sales schedule; no shift premium (India).
• Travel: 50%.
• No relocation.
