Presales Consultant- HCL Software

Overview

Presales Consultant providing presales technical support to sales teams and delivering tailored product demonstrations, qualification discussions, and technical PoCs for customers and prospects.

What you'll do

• Provide presales technical support to account/product managers for opportunity qualification.
• Conduct technical proof of concept (POC), demonstrations, and presentations for supported products and solutions.
• Deliver deep dive product demonstrations to customers and business partners.
• Assist sales in qualifying opportunities and expanding existing opportunities through questioning.
• Coordinate and manage technical validation events, including POC assets.
• Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses.
• Deliver training to partners on products and solutions.

What you'll need

• In-depth knowledge of vendor products.
• Knowledge of general networking technologies including TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of DNS (UNIX) administration.
• Experience with switches, routers, and firewalls in intranet/internet environments.
• Good network and security knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to articulate complex technology simply.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
