Presales Solutions Engineer - GERMANY

Overview

Presales Solutions Engineer who serves as the primary technical resource to support Sales and Account Executives.

What you'll do

• Support Account Executives by understanding customer challenges and articulating value to customers.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations (Proof of Values).
• Design solutions based on client requirements and pain points.
• Lead technical validations during the Proof of Value (POV) phase and guide clients through trials.
• Work with clients across organizational levels, from executives to developers and SREs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to improve the service.

What you'll need

• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal).
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in a Solutions/Sales/Implementation/Support/SRE role (preferred) or leading projects and/or working with customers.
• Hands-on knowledge of security-related products/technologies (e.g., IDS/IPS, SIEM/log management, network/endpoint security, threat detection/IR, MSSP/MDR, threat feeds, CASB).
• Experience with open source collections (e.g., Telegraf, FluentBit, FluentD, OpenTelemetry) (preferred).
• Background in technical infrastructure and modern application architecture; Kubernetes/Docker and/or Lambda are preferred.
