Senior Sales Engineer - AI Agents (Poland, CEE)

Overview

Senior Sales Engineer responsible for the technical narrative on complex enterprise AI Agent opportunities across Eastern Europe, with primary focus on Poland and the wider CEE region while supporting the DACH business.

What you'll do

• Partner with sales teams on strategic enterprise deals across Eastern Europe and DACH.
• Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders.
• Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations.
• Design solutions tailored to customer needs and communicate their business value.
• Run and support proofs of concept and proofs of value.
• Represent NiCE Cognigy at customer events, webinars, trade shows, and marketing activities.
• Provide competitive comparisons and share customer requirements with internal teams.

What you'll need

• Tenured experience in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting.
• Experience managing complex enterprise deals end to end.
• Deep enterprise software experience, particularly CCaaS or automation technologies.
• Hands-on experience presenting voice and chat AI Agents, agentic AI, and generative AI.
• Knowledge of contact center technologies including SIP, SBCs, ACD, ASR, and TTS.
• Strong understanding of NLU/NLP, conversational AI, STT, TTS, and LLMs.
• Fluency in English and Polish, with flexibility to travel across the region.
