Principal Associate, L&D

Overview

Principal Associate, L&D supports key business priorities for the LoB by working with cross-functional teams across HR and the LoBs to advance strategic imperatives.

What you'll do

• Proactively meet with internal clients (LoBs/HRBPs) to fully understand their business strategies and learning needs or requirements.
• Identify and design integrated learning solutions to fill performance and development gaps using adult learning methodologies and training techniques.
• Facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions and ensure availability of learning materials and resources.
• Assess the success and effectiveness of training plans and suggest appropriate changes to further enhance their results within the scope of the learning and development function.
• Identify and hire specific L&D consultants and act as the point of contact between the company and external trainers.
• Track budgets and spending.

What you'll need

• Master's Degree in Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the learning & development industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in learning consultation.
• At least 3 years of experience in learning curriculum design and development.
• At least 3 years of experience managing the execution of training programs.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in training needs assessment and design.
• 5+ years of experience in client consulting / performance consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in leading project teams.
