Overview

Principal Landscape Architect for Landscape Architecture work across private or public sector landscape design and public realm projects.

What you'll do

• Deliver Landscape Design/Public Realm projects in private or public sectors.
• Handle design, tender, and construction process familiarity.
• Produce design detailing and construction techniques deliverables.
• Draft technical reports and contractual documents with minimal guidance.
• Work to project program and flag issues affecting timely completion.
• Review team members’ work and ensure deliverable quality meets standards and client expectations.

What you'll need

• Between 9-14 years of experience in Landscape for applicants.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering tools (Lumion/Enscape/Twinmotion).
• Advanced experience with BIM-related software in Landscape Design/Infrastructure works is considered an added advantage.
• Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from international repute universities is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture considered with relevant experience across design, documentation, and site implementation stages.
• Chartered candidates shall have an added advantage.
