Principal Software Engineer

Overview

Principal Software Engineer (AI/ML) to help re-architect and accelerate AI-enabled platform development, including building AI infrastructure and integrating large language models into products.

What you'll do

• Build reliable systems that integrate large language models into product capabilities.
• Use AI tools and automation platforms such as Copilot to improve engineering efficiency.
• Design a scalable, multi-tenant CDP architecture for real-time ingestion of large event volumes.
• Implement AI/ML for Schema Mapping, Anomaly Detection, and Data Labeling in the orchestration layer.
• Create identity resolution matching algorithms for unified customer profiles.
• Build LLM-powered (RAG) interfaces enabling natural-language queries by non-technical stakeholders.
• Set engineering standards through architectural reviews and code quality/CI-CD maturity.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of software development experience with a strong data management background.
• Hands-on LLM skills including RAG and model tuning.
• Experience building AI agents with large language models (LLMs) and using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven development tools, intelligent code assistance, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in C# with ASP.NET Core/.NET 8+, and RESTful API development.
• Experience with React.js and unit/integration testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
