Process Engineering Manager

Overview

Process Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end process engineering efforts at Lyndhurst Operations supporting product manufacturing at Sika Corporation.

What you'll do

• Own process design, implementation, and operation.
• Structure and staff the process engineering function for polyurethane sealant and adhesive manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Direct process engineering activities to produce high-quality products via equipment process controls and new raw materials/innovative products.
• Improve process capability through capital planning, process optimization, and implementation of improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis for process errors and drive preventative/corrective actions to the plant floor.
• Lead tracking and trending reporting for the Technical Expert Team (TEM) and coordinate technical reports on development findings.
• Assist project management with engineering activities, timelines, and resource needs; contribute to project selection, design, and layout.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in process engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in team building and management.
• B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills characterized by sincerity, persuasiveness, and clarity of thought.

Details

• Salary range listed as $110,000–$125,000.
• Targets operational excellence in safety, quality, supply, and efficiency within the Lyndhurst Leadership Team.
