Process solution and Data Architect P2P

Overview

Own end-to-end finance Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process architecture and solution design across ABB’s global finance systems.

What you'll do

• Define and drive the technology roadmap for future P2P enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Lead business requirements discussions and solution workshops, translating needs into scalable system solutions.
• Review, approve, and govern finance application solutions for alignment with architecture standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects, application managers, service teams, and stakeholders to ensure integration across finance applications.
• Maintain process design documentation and drive continuous improvement by resolving recurring design issues.
• Recommend architecture improvements and new technologies while promoting adherence to standards and policies.

What you'll need

• 10+ years work experience in Finance and Accounting or business operations or with ERP Centre of Excellence.
• At least 5+ years of process design and solutioning experience covering P2P.
• Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Business Engineering or similar field.
• Certification in Basware, SAP FICO or S/4 HANA ideally in Central Finance is desired.
• SAP FSCM experience is critical for this role.
• Proven track record of creating solution designs and leading design thinking sessions.
• Solid track record collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
