Procure to Pay Operations Associate

Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate in the Finance Operations vertical, supporting procurement, accounts payable and master data management activities.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
• Manage the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end to end.
• Support accounts payable processing, including timely and accurate billing and invoice processing, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and two-way and three-way invoice matching.
• Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing, and synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Master Data Management (MDM).

• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Individual contributor role as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• Receives detailed to moderate level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
