Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting procurement and accounts payable processes and master data management.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
• Look after the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end to end.
• Support the Accounts Payable Processing team in designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities, including timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing, and synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Master Data Management (MDM).

• Location: Navi Mumbai.
• Individual contributor role as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• Detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
