Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate in the Finance Operations vertical, supporting procurement and accounts payable processing with a Master Data Management focus.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
• Look after the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end to end.
• Support accounts payable activities, including timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing, and synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines, working as an individual contributor within a team and a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Master Data Management (MDM).
