Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate in Finance Operations, supporting procurement and accounts payable processes and master data management.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, and improve discount capture using preferred suppliers.
• Confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
• Manage the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end to end.
• Support timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, and ensure consistency and control of master data elements.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Master Data Management (MDM).

• Location: Navi Mumbai.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Individual contributor role within a team, with routine problem-solving guided by precedent and general guidelines and detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks.
