Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting end-to-end procure to pay activities, invoice processing and financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data and reports and conduct analysis.
• Reconcile transactions and analyze operational data to support Finance Operations.
• Manage end to end procure to pay activities, including accounts payable processes, invoice processing, purchase orders and invoice matching.
• Execute vendor and Travel and Expense payments, payment runs and controls, ensuring compliance, accurate processing, vendor management and taxation requirements.
• Verify invoice accuracy, match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiate the payment process.
• Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined and focused scope of work.
