Procure to Pay Operations New Associate

Overview

Process invoices and resolve procure-to-pay queries while meeting turnaround-time requirements. The role requires accounting knowledge, analytical ability and communication skills.

What you'll do

• Process PO and non-PO invoices.
• Perform OCR validation.
• Perform two-way or three-way invoice matching.
• Handle invoice exceptions and discrepancies.
• Resolve blocked invoices.
• Handle client queries within the stipulated turnaround time.

What you'll need

• Any graduation qualification.
• 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Knowledge of accounting.
• Analytical abilities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in invoice processing.
• Knowledge of SAP.
