Procure to Pay Operations Associate

Overview

Support procure-to-pay payment processing operations, including payment runs, reconciliations, exceptions, vendor payments, and payment-related queries.

What you'll do

• Execute regular and urgent payment runs.
• Review payment proposals and validate payment details.
• Reconcile bank accounts and clear manual payments.
• Handle payment exceptions, returns, rejections, and bank issues.
• Manage helpdesk queries related to payments, invoices, travel and expenses, audits, and remittances.
• Review T&E claims and identify policy violations, discrepancies, and duplicate claims.
• Coordinate with finance, treasury, banks, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Knowledge of accounts payable or payment processing.
• Knowledge of T&E processes and audit controls.
• Experience with SAP or S/4HANA ERP systems.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and communication skills.
