Procurement Operations Associate

Overview

Support procurement operations by managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers, deliveries, and related service standards. This is an individual contributor role with a focused scope of work.

What you'll do

• Execute the defined client scope of work and meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Process purchase requisitions and follow up with requesters to confirm specifications.
• Monitor purchase order status to support timely delivery.
• Track shipments and communicate with suppliers about delays or issues.
• Coordinate with receiving departments to confirm ordered items.
• Resolve delivery and order discrepancies as needed.
• Support supplier qualification, proposals, negotiations, contracting, delivery, and results analysis.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Procurement operations or procurement management knowledge.
• Ability to maintain quality and service standards.
• Ability to support customer and supplier relationships.
• Ability to solve routine problems using guidelines and precedent.

• Rotational shifts may be required.
