Product Analyst

Overview

Product Analyst role supporting product teams and the local Data Manager in India with analytics across the product lifecycle, from discovery through monitoring and optimization.

What you'll do

• Act as an embedded analytics partner for product managers across ideation to launch.
• Analyze user behavior, product usage, and performance metrics to find trends and opportunities.
• Run deep-dive analyses, validate hypotheses, estimate business impact, and monitor KPIs.
• Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to validate new features.
• Deliver product optimization recommendations based on analyzed results.
• Build dashboards, reports, and alerts to track core metrics for self-serve decision-making.
• Partner with data engineering to shape the data platform roadmap based on data needs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business or product analyst (financial services is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills including SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
• Experience using AI tools and hands-on use of tools such as Cursor and/or Claude Code.
• Ability to do data storytelling to influence audiences, including executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, tracking plans, and QA of implementation.
