Overview

Product Engineer II – Utilities at Esri collaborates with customers and product teams to design, develop, and support geospatial solutions for utility and telecommunications agencies.

What you'll do

• Discover customer needs and craft geospatial solutions for electric, gas, water, sewer, stormwater, and telecommunications industries.
• Configure ArcGIS apps, tools, and information models for industry-specific uses.
• Document ArcGIS solution configuration and usage patterns.
• Create and maintain product documentation and enablement materials for utility solutions.
• Design, author, and execute test cases for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability.
• Assess product quality and release readiness for existing ArcGIS solutions.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of professional experience in utilities, infrastructure, or telecommunications industries, including applying ArcGIS to support industry workflows.
• Experience implementing and utilizing ArcGIS Utility Networks.
• Ability to document and build GIS workflows.
• Creative problem solving and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in geography or a related field.
