Product Engineering Manager, Salesforce

Overview

Product Engineering Manager for Salesforce, acting as a technical lead for tool, asset, and product development within Salesforce teams. You will oversee technical development and guide execution across product, asset, and tool portfolios.

What you'll do

• Oversee development for new and existing products and assets on the Salesforce platform.
• Drive technical decisions for architectural, packaging, and devops considerations across the Salesforce space.
• Work with Salesforce features including Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, and Apex.
• Lead hands-on solution design, proofs-of-concept, development, and testing.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle from ideation and planning through deployment.
• Collaborate with the wider product team to evaluate market demand and align on final design details.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, capabilities, and constraints.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience acting as a people manager for technical resources.
• Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
