Salesforce Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce

Overview

Salesforce Technical Architect focused on Agentforce and AI, building Agentforce-powered user experiences and technical solutions for clients.

What you'll do

• Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents to drive business outcomes.
• Translate business needs into well-architected solutions by collaborating with customers and delivery teams.
• Oversee and contribute across the project lifecycle from design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead complete technical solution design, including agent instructions/actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
• Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce at scale for agentic solutions.
• Contribute reusable assets to improve delivery quality and consistency.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript; exposure or working knowledge of Python and/or Java and/or C#.
• Experience building Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).
• Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies.

Details

• Work location: Remote in Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune only.
• Anticipated travel commitment: up to 25% for certain roles.
