Product Manager, Claude Tag

Overview

Lead the product for Claude Tag, bringing a multiplayer, proactive AI agent into new collaboration surfaces and driving adoption, partnerships, and rollout.

What you'll do

• Define Claude Tag’s core interaction flows on each new surface.
• Tailor the interaction paradigm to fit the specific collaboration surface.
• Own the roadmap and strategy for expanding Claude Tag beyond Slack.
• Operate the external partnership process from first conversation to shipped integrations.
• Drive adoption with design partners through scaled rollout at large companies.
• Support product debugging with engineers on permissions and model behavior.
• Present product strategy to executives.

What you'll need

• 8+ years combined experience in product management or equivalent experience driving product direction.
• Experience shipping platform integrations or ecosystem products.
• Experience owning partner relationships.
• Strong instincts for multiplayer and collaborative product design.
• Fluency working with engineering teams on technical products.
• Ability to grasp model capabilities and collaborate with engineers.
• An engineering background is not required.

Details

• Location: San Francisco and Seattle only.
• Work policy: in-office at least 25% of the time (location-based hybrid policy).
