Staff Product Manager - Partnership & Shop Network

Overview

Staff Product Manager for building merchant partnerships and a shop network across fuel, maintenance, and strategic fleet spend, focused on increasing in-network transaction share and partner TPV.

What you'll do

• Own the vision and roadmap for merchant partnerships and a shop network across spend categories.
• Expand partner coverage across open-loop fleet specs and direct settlement models.
• Unlock bulk fuel integrations to deepen in-network spend.
• Drive international partnerships and adoption of new-age payment technology with partners.
• Design first-of-a-kind partnerships and manage end-to-end partner relationships and executive contacts.
• Run partner business reviews and deliver measurable results (In-Network Share, TPV).
• Define partner requirements, metrics, and product documentation; align across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM.

What you'll need

• 8+ years owning large-scale partnership or platform initiatives.
• Experience developing and managing technical partner relationships; payments/fuel/merchant networks/fintech is a strong plus.
• Proven success delivering commercially successful, integration-heavy products.
• Data-driven approach with customer empathy and executive communication skills.
• Technical fluency to navigate integrations.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Details

• Location: United States (Remote).
• Compensation range: United States $180,000–$230,000 USD (depends on where you reside).
