Product Manager

Overview

Product Manager with producer responsibilities to drive feature strategy, execution, and live operations for BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India).

What you'll do

• Define and manage the roadmap for India-facing features, collaboration events, and engagement loops.
• Write PRDs, set success metrics, and make data-driven product decisions.
• Plan sprints, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery as a feature producer.
• Lead live-ops execution including events, content updates, reward systems, and real-time issue handling.
• Drive user growth, onboarding, retention, and monetization improvements for the Indian market.
• Analyze player data and market trends to optimize features and event performance.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years in mobile gaming product management or production.
• Strong understanding of F2P systems, live-ops, and mobile game KPIs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, QA, and data.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
• Available for international travel and to work with cross-continent teams.
• Passion for shooter games and Indian mobile gaming trends.
