Senior Product Manager (Insurance)

Overview

Senior Product Manager for shipping insurance products at Easyship.

What you'll do

• Own and drive the strategic product roadmap for shipping insurance products.
• Design engagement mechanisms, growth strategies, and monetization frameworks to increase ACV and LTV.
• Use data analytics with users to understand needs and identify new product opportunities in shipping insurance.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business development for scalable product delivery.
• Define, monitor, and measure success metrics for monetization, engagement, retention, and adoption.
• Author and review PRDs for complex B2B and B2C features.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Demonstrated success in B2C products, preferably in Insuretech.
• Experience driving user engagement, retention, and monetization with measurable business-metric impact.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user behavior analytics.
• Experience with pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and unit economics in B2C businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).

• Full-time, onsite role in Bengaluru (MG Road) office.
• UK collaboration hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM IST.
