Product Manager II - Ads

Overview

Product Manager II (Ads) to independently own a product area/platform charter end-to-end, driving strategy through execution and measurable business impact.

What you'll do

• Engage customers and internal/ecosystem stakeholders to understand pain points and unmet needs.
• Define product vision and quarterly roadmap aligned with business goals and scalability.
• Collaborate to build reliable, scalable, high-impact products.
• Own product execution by writing product specifications, prioritizing, managing tradeoffs, and ensuring timely releases.
• Define success metrics, monitor business impact, and drive iterative improvements via experiments and data analysis.
• Partner with banks, regulators, vendors, and ecosystem players to co-build solutions.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of product management experience.
• Strong product execution and prioritization skills.
• Experience owning business metrics and customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking and experimentation mindset.
• Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
• Systems thinking and platform orientation.
• Strong customer empathy balanced with business acumen.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
