Product Management - Senior Product Manager - EDC Product

Overview

Senior Product Manager to own and scale merchant-facing products within Paytm’s Offline Merchants/EDC ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through continuous iteration.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for offline merchant products and journeys.
• Identify merchant pain points and business opportunities using customer research and product analytics.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specifications, and actionable roadmaps.
• Drive execution with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, and Operations teams.
• Define and track product metrics and use metrics to drive product decisions.
• Lead experimentation through A/B testing and rapid iteration to improve outcomes.

What you'll need

• Relevant product management experience, preferably in Tier-1 product/consumer internet/fintech/high-scale tech companies.
• Proven experience owning products end-to-end, including discovery, strategy, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Strong product understanding across development lifecycle, strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
• Hands-on product analytics and experimentation experience (A/B testing, segmentation, product metrics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data and customer insights into product decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-management skills across Engineering, Design, Data, Business, and Operations.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, data-driven environments with high ownership.
