Product Manager II - Payment Orchestration

Overview

Product Manager II for Payment Orchestration, owning the roadmap and execution for HighLevel’s payments orchestration platform.

What you’ll do

• Define and deliver the orchestration roadmap across orchestrator, transaction lifecycle, receipts, and webhook ingress.
• Improve payment routing with provider selection, retries, and failover to raise authorization rates and cost efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end transaction handling for authorizations, captures, refunds, voids, and disputes with idempotency and state integrity.
• Build reliable webhook ingress that normalizes, deduplicates, and fans out provider events with delivery guarantees.
• Own accurate, well-formatted receipts and transaction records as proof of payment.
• Partner on APIs and events to improve platform developer experience and adoption.
• Drive reliability and observability using uptime/latency/error-rate metrics, instrumentation, alerting, and reconciliation.

What you’ll need

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on payments/fintech or platform/infrastructure/API products.
• Track record shipping platform or infrastructure features improving reliability, coverage, or transaction success at scale.
• Working understanding of PSP/gateway integrations and the authorization-to-settlement lifecycle.
• Working understanding of webhooks, idempotency, routing logic, and reconciliation.
• Strong technical fluency to partner with engineering on API design, event models, and trade-offs.
• Familiarity with SaaS/platform growth levers including adoption and developer experience.
