Product Manager - Nonstop AI

Overview

Lead the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for a portfolio of AI-driven solutions and services within High Performance Computing, AI and Labs at HPE.

What you'll do

• Lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for a portfolio of AI-driven solutions and services.
• Drive revenue growth with new solutions and services.
• Retain customers by driving value into their existing solutions.
• Analyse and drive competitiveness versus alternative fault tolerant solutions.
• Synthesize market requirements into marketing and customer details through intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen.
• Define the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring one or more innovative and disruptive solutions to market with respect to the whole company product portfolio.
• Advise key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Create and drive goal alignment and collaborate across one or more solutions' value chain partners to optimize margins and enable success of the solutions per plan across the lifecycle, working across functions to bring the solutions to market.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study.
• 8+ years of work experience in related field.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.
• Expert team skills and ability to cross-functionally drive and influence work through others, and ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
• Expert skills in cost-efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis.
• Knowledge of the digital banking and payments industry.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product-specific technical training to the team.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering.
