What you'll do

• Define and own the product roadmap for Workday Performance Management.
• Translate business needs into scalable, future-ready Workday solutions with HR and People Experience stakeholders.
• Lead solution design, configuration, and architecture decisions for Workday Performance Management, powered by AI.
• Own release readiness, regression testing, and feature adoption for Workday.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of Performance Management processes.
• Ensure configurations and data handling comply with global data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Own continuous improvement using data and analytics to identify optimization opportunities.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Workday configuration and product ownership, with expertise in Talent and Performance Management modules.
• Experience leading Workday implementations, major releases, or large-scale system enhancements.
• Track record driving process improvement and operational excellence in a global environment.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direction while leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
