Product Manager -Technical (Life Insurance & Annuity)

Overview

Techno-functional Product Manager for Life Insurance & Annuity, focused on driving product initiatives at the intersection of technology and business.

What you'll do

• Contribute to product lifecycle execution, including research, planning, roadmap development, requirements development, positioning, and launch.
• Analyse consumer needs and market trends and evaluate partnerships using ROI and build-vs-buy perspective.
• Assess existing systems and customer experience to identify product gaps and generate growth ideas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure fulfilment of product requirements and evaluate product performance.
• Design and manage API integrations across platforms with engineering teams.
• Investigate escalated production issues and coordinate resolution with involved teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in Life Insurance or Annuity domain.
• Technical understanding of product development lifecycle, including API integrations and SQL.
• Knowledge of system interfaces and data integration, including networks and client/server/operating systems.
• Experience with business process modelling using decision tables/trees and data flows.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 5+ years of work experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
