Product Marketing Manager

Overview

Product Marketing Manager focused on owning and optimizing the Blackout Bingo LiveOps calendar end to end, including campaigns, offers, events, and experimentation.

What you'll do

• Own the Blackout Bingo LiveOps calendar end to end (events, tournaments, promotions, and limited-time offers).
• Drive KPI accountability for incremental NGR per campaign, event margin, and count of negative-margin events.
• Lead the Blackout Bingo LiveOps line by setting standards, developing the team, and hiring.
• Design and configure campaigns (segments, entry-fee tiers, prize curves, schedules, eligibility/guardrails) using admin tools and CleverTap.
• Reserve holdouts and run end-to-end experiments, retiring initiatives that don’t earn incentive cost.
• Contribute to partnering across Product, Analytics, Lifecycle CRM, and Launch GTM for capability/roadmap and adoption.
• Deliver weekly LiveOps Review and per-venue scorecard commentary on outcomes and next steps.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of LiveOps, game operations, product marketing, promotions, or growth operations.
• Experience managing at least one or two operators directly or stepping into management responsibilities.
• Full ownership experience of an events and offers calendar for a live title at scale.
• Real-money gaming/online gambling/fantasy sports/fintech or mid-core F2P with a deep in-game economy strongly preferred.
• Hands-on campaign tooling experience (e.g., CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, WebEngage or internal admin portal).
• Ability to pull data using SQL or a BI tool.
• Experimentation experience using control groups or holdouts with a defined read.
