Product Owner, College Pads

Overview

Product Owner for the College Pads team, responsible for translating product direction into delivery and evolving a customer-facing platform. The role partners with teams and stakeholders across the UK, US, and India in an AI-first environment.

What you'll do

• Own backlog refinement, sprint planning, execution, and release readiness.
• Break product priorities into deliverable increments with Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Make trade-offs across customer value, business impact, speed, scope, and risk.
• Validate solutions with universities, students, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Use feedback to inform product decisions.
• Improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Use AI across requirements, prototyping, research synthesis, and collaboration.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, and requirements-writing skills.
• Experience working across multiple markets or regions.
• Experience with B2B and B2C products or a multi-sided product environment.
• Experience working directly with customers or users.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Design.
• Demonstrated use of AI in the product development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplace, listings, PropTech, ILS-style, or other multi-sided products.
• Understanding of integrations, ecosystem dependencies, and marketplace monetization.
• Background in scale-ups or high-growth environments.

• Estimated travel: 5%.
• Reports to the Principal Product Manager.
