Overview

Product Owner (Technical) for KIRA's AI Neobank, owning product areas and partnering with engineering and design to define direction, launch quickly, and improve post-release.

What you'll do

• Own product areas across specified financial services (e.g., insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel).
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to improve product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and iterate based on learnings.
• Make trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

What you'll need

• Experience as Product Manager/Product Owner/founder/growth/product operator or similar.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance.
