Overview

Senior Business Value Engineer for Grafana Labs, focused on defining, articulating, and quantifying business value across products and services.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with customers to uncover growth and profitability opportunities through personalized storytelling.
• Develop ROI/TCO models to identify value areas driven by products, trends, and market challenges.
• Enable pre/post sales teams with training, content, and support to communicate Grafana’s value.
• Partner cross-functionally to create a unified value narrative for internal and external messaging.
• Work with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Observability Architects to define business value for offerings.

What you'll need

• 3–5+ years of experience in value management, consulting, or engineering.
• Ability to build quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets.
• Ability to create customer-facing stories and communicate to executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with GTM leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
