Overview

Senior ERP Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding and end-to-end implementation of Zip’s product for new enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Lead project teams for onboarding new customers with emphasis on stakeholder management and client requirements.
• Own end-to-end implementations, building customer processes from scratch.
• Manage projects proactively across multiple customers by tracking requirements and tasks.
• Run training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to decide which customer requests to support and set expectations.
• Improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value.

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of experience implementing or administering a finance/procurement tool.
• Prior experience implementing or administering a procurement tool/ERP (e.g., Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion/EBS, Workday, NetSuite, Sage).
• Germany fluency required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage large sets of sensitive customer data in MS Excel.
• Comfortable with software configuration.
